- Exterior structural, foundation, masonry, roofing, siding, and painting work

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are screened for completeness and eligibility by the Planning & Development Department.
- Eligible applications are reviewed by the Municipal Heritage Committee and City Council.
- Provisionally approved grants are paid after the work is completed, inspected, and supported by photos, invoices, and proof of payment.
