Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • Residents of the Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley.
  • Students attending or admitted to full-time post-secondary education at a recognized institution within the Province of Ontario.
  • Applicants entering an apprenticeship program.

Who is not eligible

  • Municipal elected officials.
  • Township staff.
  • Immediate family members of Township staff or municipal elected officials, including spouses, children, residents of the household, or any person claimed as a dependent on the municipal official's tax return.
