- Include a photo of the existing façade or signage.
- Obtain written owner authorization if the applicant is a tenant.
- Step 2: Submit the application
- Email the application to admin@eganville.com.
- Or drop it off at the municipal office at 49 Bonnechere St. E., Eganville, ON.
- Step 3: Await review and approval
- The application is reviewed by Council.
- If approved, the applicant receives a written Notice of Approval.
- Step 4: Complete the project and request payment
- Finish the work within the approved timeframe.
- Submit a notice of completion with invoices and proof of payment.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by Council.
- Council makes recommendations to the Chief Administrative Officer and the Community Development Assistant.
- Approved applicants receive written notice of approval.
- Payment is issued after completion is confirmed and supporting invoices and proof of payment are submitted.
