    • Obtain the Donation Request Application from the Township website or administration office.

    • Send the completed application to the Treasurer by November 30.
  • Step 4: Review and decision
    • The application may be reviewed by the Donation Subcommittee and then Council.
    • You may be contacted to schedule a delegation before a decision is made.
