- Building façade improvements, including repairs, restoration, repainting, and exterior features
- Signage, accessibility upgrades, and interior improvements
- Permit and application fees for eligible planning and building permits
- Interest-free loan-eligible property improvements
- Environmental site assessment studies and brownfield remediation costs
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Work completed before application, unless approved as a case-by-case exception in advance.
- Non-fixed property improvements and labour costs performed by the applicant or owner.
- Projects that do not follow the required Town design guidelines and approvals.
