- Construction and improvement costs for eligible property and building projects.
- Costs related to façade, signage, accessibility, parking, landscaping, and similar site improvements.
- Costs tied to eligible housing, tourism, agricultural, and green infrastructure projects.

- Projects that have already started before approval.
- Residential properties, including home occupations and accessory uses to residential properties.

Processing and Agreement
- Pre-consultation with the Economic Development Officer is required before applying.
- The Town’s CIP Review Panel reviews the application.

- Construction may begin after approval.
