  • Study costs for eligible planning, design, engineering, environmental, and technical studies.
  • Construction and improvement costs for eligible property and building projects.
  • Costs related to façade, signage, accessibility, parking, landscaping, and similar site improvements.
  • Costs tied to eligible housing, tourism, agricultural, and green infrastructure projects.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Projects that have already started before approval.
  • Residential properties, including home occupations and accessory uses to residential properties.

Processing and Agreement

  • Pre-consultation with the Economic Development Officer is required before applying.
  • The Town’s CIP Review Panel reviews the application.
