Bracebridge CIP funding status and program pages updated
The main Community Improvement Plan page now shows a notice that all available funding through the Town of Bracebridge CIP programs has been fully allocated for 2026 and that the Town is no longer accepting new CIP funding applications at this time. The page also now shows an updated application table with additional entries, bringing the visible totals to $60,000.00 in grants and $33,634.87 in loans. Several program pages were also trimmed: the Façade Improvement Grant/Loan, Property Improvement Grant/Loan, Signage Improvement Grant, and Tax Increment Equivalent Grant pages lost visible availability/purpose or contact-footer content, and the pre-consultation guidance was reformatted on multiple pages.
