- Applications submitted by third parties on behalf of an operator.

- New applicants use the new client option.
- Existing applicants use the existing client option.
- Step 2: Prepare the application
- Confirm the project is implementation-ready.
- Ensure required approvals, permits, and financing are in place where applicable.
- Step 3: Submit the application online
- Complete and submit the application through the Explore NB portal.
- Step 4: Await review and decision
- Applications are evaluated during the intake period.
- Successful applicants are notified by late September 2026.
