Selection criteria
- Applications are assessed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Rebates are issued only after eligibility and documents are verified.
How to apply
- Review the program terms and conditions.
- Purchase and install a WaterSense® certified toilet(s) which replaces an existing toilet with a flush volume greater than or equal to 6 litres per flush.
- Complete and return the Rebate Application Form and a copy of the original sales receipt(s) for the new toilet(s), along with photos of either the serial number or the flow rate of the inefficient toilet(s) being replaced.
- Arrange for a site inspection if requested.
Processing and Agreement
- Rebates will only be issued once proof of newly installed WaterSense® certified toilet(s), old inefficient toilet, and completed Rebate Application Form is verified.
- The Township reserves the right to require an inspection of the newly installed toilet and old toilet model prior to rebate payment.
- Subject to compliance with the Terms and Conditions, a rebate will be issued by mail within 4 weeks.

- Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The program is capped at 100 rebates.
- The rebate may be subject to cancellation at any time, without notice.
