Processing and Agreement
- ARMA reviews the submitted application and may request additional details.
- ARMA confirms the processor’s ability to supply TDA before proceeding.
- A project agreement is sent for review and signature by both parties.
- Once the agreement is signed and conditions are met, ARMA approves the project and issues the executed agreement.
- ARMA may arrange a teleconference with both parties after receiving the signed agreement.
Additional information
- Projects may be approved for future landfill cells up to three years in advance.
- TDA supply is allocated at ARMA’s discretion after approval.
- Delivery is paid to the registered processor once the TDA is delivered and accepted.
- Applicants must comply with applicable fire safety storage requirements when stockpiling TDA.
