Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Municipal Accommodations Tax Subcommittee (MATS).
- Applicants may be asked to present their project to the committee.
- If recommended, applications are forwarded to the TEDC Board for final approval.
- If more information is needed or the project is not recommended, TEDC will contact the applicant.
- Approved applicants must enter into a legally binding agreement with TEDC.
