How to apply

  • Step 1: Confirm eligibility
    • Make sure your organization has a Charitable Registration Number.
    • Confirm that you meet the program criteria.
  • Step 2: Complete the application
    • Download and fill out the application form.
    • Provide the required organization, dealer, and project information.
  • Step 3: Submit through a local dealer
    • Bring the completed form to your local TIMBER MART dealer.
    • If the dealer supports the project, the application is sent to Timberkids for review.
  • Step 4: Send the form by email or fax
    • Email the completed sheet to Timberkids@timbrmart.ca.
    • Or fax it to 902-835-6971.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are first reviewed by the local TIMBER MART dealer.
  • Accepted applications are sent to Timberkids for consideration.
  • Applicants are notified by the local TIMBER MART dealer after processing.
