How to apply
- Step 1: Confirm eligibility
- Make sure your organization has a Charitable Registration Number.
- Confirm that you meet the program criteria.
- Step 2: Complete the application
- Download and fill out the application form.
- Provide the required organization, dealer, and project information.
- Step 3: Submit through a local dealer
- Bring the completed form to your local TIMBER MART dealer.
- If the dealer supports the project, the application is sent to Timberkids for review.
- Step 4: Send the form by email or fax
- Email the completed sheet to Timberkids@timbrmart.ca.
- Or fax it to 902-835-6971.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are first reviewed by the local TIMBER MART dealer.
- Accepted applications are sent to Timberkids for consideration.
- Applicants are notified by the local TIMBER MART dealer after processing.
