How to apply
- Step 1: Obtain the application form
- Get the Tile Loan Application Form 6 from your municipality or from OMAFA.
- Step 2: Submit the completed application
- Send the completed form to your local municipality, or to OMAFA if the property is in an area without municipal organization.
- Step 3: Wait for review and approval
- The municipality or OMAFA reviews the project and decides whether to approve the loan.
- Step 4: Complete the work and inspection
- After approval, complete the tile drainage work and arrange the required inspection.
- Step 5: Receive and repay the loan
- Loan documents are processed, funds are released, and repayments are made annually.

- Application is reviewed and approved or refused by the municipality or OMAFA.
- If approved, the drainage work must be completed before inspection.
- An inspection and completion certificate is prepared after the work is finished.
- Loan documents are processed and funds are released through the municipality or OMAFA.
- Annual repayments are collected over the loan term.

- Interest rate is fixed for the full 10-year term.
- The loan can be repaid in full at any time without penalty.
- Funding must not exceed 100% of eligible costs.
