Processing and Agreement
- Application is reviewed and approved or refused by the municipality or OMAFA.
- If approved, the drainage work must be completed before inspection.
- An inspection and completion certificate is prepared after the work is finished.
- Loan documents are processed and funds are released through the municipality or OMAFA.
- Annual repayments are collected over the loan term.
Additional information
- Interest rate is fixed for the full 10-year term.
- The loan can be repaid in full at any time without penalty.
- Funding must not exceed 100% of eligible costs.
