- Hereditary Groups in British Columbia.
- Indigenous-led organizations serving land-based First Nations or Hereditary Groups in BC.
- BC non-profit societies, including community service co-operatives, operating since August 1, 2024.

- Canada-wide or federally registered applicants serving communities in British Columbia
Processing and Agreement
- Stage 1 applications are reviewed first.
- Applicants are notified by email by the end of July if invited to Stage 2.
- Final funding decisions are communicated by email by the end of October.
