How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare initial request
- Gather the organization name and address.
- Prepare a brief description of the proposed use of the grant and how it meets the Fund’s criteria.
- State the amount requested and provide a contact person with phone number and email address.
- Step 2: Send the request by email
- Submit the written request to the Diocese of London, Senior Leadership Team at popefrancisfund@dol.ca.
- Step 3: Provide required supporting letter if applicable
- Catholic entities must submit the request through the Bishop of their diocese or include a letter from the Bishop, except for parishes of the Diocese of London.
- Religious communities or congregations must include a letter from the Major Superior.
- Step 4: Receive the final application form
- Approved applicants receive the final application form after the initial request is approved.
Processing and Agreement
- Submit an initial written request for access to the final application form.
- Eligible applicants receive the final application form after approval of the initial request.
- Funding decisions are made annually by the end of March.
