- Create an OTF account or sign in to the Granting Portal.

- Submit the application through the portal before the deadline.
- Step 4: Wait for review and decision
- OTF reviews and scores the application after submission.
- Applicants are notified of the final decision later by OTF.
Processing and Agreement
