  • Evidence of caring and commitment to residents

How to apply

  • Step 1: Complete the application form
    • Fill in all personal, employment, and course information.
    • Describe your education goals and relevant service experience.
  • Step 2: Attach required documents
    • Include the course description and tuition costs.
    • Include an estimate of program material costs and other expenses.
  • Step 3: Obtain signatures
    • Ensure all required signatures are completed, including the immediate supervisor’s signature.
  • Step 4: Submit the application
    • Email the completed application to willow.foundation@halton.ca or return it to The Willow Foundation in Oakville, Ontario.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed after submission and only complete applications are considered.
  • Applicants are notified in January 2026.
  • Successful applicants must agree to their name and photo being used by the Foundation.
