- Include Board of Directors and committees information.
- Include financial information.
- Add only strictly pertinent appendices, if needed.
- Ensure the full proposal does not exceed 10 pages (excluding strictly pertinent appendices, if provided).
- Submit the application for consideration by the next recurring deadline (March 31 or September 30).
