- Forward Emergency Food Funding requests by e-mail to Vicky Struthers at vstruthers@hpedsb.on.ca.
- Forward Urgent Request for Equipment Funding forms by e-mail to Cherie Hardie at chardie@hpedsb.on.ca or Vicky Struthers at vstruthers@hpedsb.on.ca.
- If the equipment request is not an emergency, submit an Equipment Request form for consideration in September.
Processing and Agreement
- Only applications with all sections completed will be considered.
- Emergency Food Funding requests are reviewed by members of the Food for Learning Steering Committee.
