How to apply

Step 1: Confirm readiness to apply
  • Ensure the organization is prepared to demonstrate December holiday food assistance as part of its Christmas-season support activities.
  • Plan to submit within the annual cycle to be considered for the current year.
Step 2: Apply or resubmit annually
  • Submit an application or resubmit organizational information each year to be considered for funding.
Step 3: Respect the annual timing
  • Submit by the annual deadline to be considered for the current cycle.
  • If submitting after September 30, plan for consideration in the following year.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by the Grant Committee and Board during September.
  • Applicants may need to resubmit annually to be considered each year.
  • Applications submitted after September 30 may be deferred to the following year.
