Community-benefit organizations with recognized legal status.

Who is not eligible

Organizations without recognized legal status in their country.
Organizations without a declared and verifiable charitable or philanthropic mission benefiting communities.
Applicants proposing projects that are not digital transformation initiatives.
Applicants proposing projects outside child welfare, crisis response, or environmental areas.
