Who is eligible?

• Non-profits and charities.
• New organizations.
• Established organizations.
• Organizations in the education, arts, recreation, social services, health, and environment sectors.

Who is not eligible

• Organizations outside the immediate London, Ontario area without a clear London connection and impact.
• Organizations that do not have charitable registration.
• Applicants that are not governed by a Board of Directors.
• Capital campaigns.

Eligible expenses

• Start-up capital and operating costs.
• Capital project costs, including equipment or property-related needs.
• Consultation, service, and research costs for operating support.
• Project-specific materials, professional services, and construction or renovation costs.
• Staff costs directly tied to the project or program.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

• Capital campaigns.
• Applications without required supporting information may be denied.
• Incomplete applications are not considered.

Eligible geographic areas

• Immediate London, Ontario area.
• Organizations with a clear London connection and impact.

• Priority is given to small, grassroots organizations.
• Higher priority is given to seed money for new projects, programs, and initiatives.
• Projects should respond to a documented community need.
• Applications should show community impact and relevance to Agape’s purpose and vision.

• Combine the completed application and supporting documents into one PDF.
• Email the full application package to agapefoundationlondon@gmail.com.
• Applications must be received by February 3, 2027.
• If you are unable to submit an electronic version of your application, or have any questions about your application, contact Grants Chair Carol Campbell at agapefoundationlondon@gmail.com.

• Applications are reviewed on February 24, 2027.
• Funding decisions are communicated after the review date.
• If your application is selected for funding, you must submit an Impact Report within six months of receiving the funding.
• Failure to submit the Impact Report will result in your organization being ineligible for future funding from the Agape Foundation of London.

• Successful applicants must wait two years before reapplying.
• The Impact Report should include an overview of your project’s progress, key outcomes achieved, the overall impact of the funding on your organization and people you support, photos attached as jpgs or pngs, and testimonials from participants or organization.
