  • Properties outside the eligible termite zones without documented active termite activity
  • Applicants with pending litigation against the Township

How to apply

  • Step 1: Complete the application

Processing and Agreement

  • Approval is made by the Managing Director of Corporate Services or Treasurer, subject to Council or delegate approval.
  • If refused by the delegate, the applicant may appeal to Council within 30 days.
  • Approved applications are sent for payment processing by Finance.

  • Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to available funding.
  • The program may be discontinued at any time without notice.
  • Other government or non-profit funding must be declared and may reduce the subsidy on a pro-rated basis.
  • The Township may inspect the property and request additional termite-related data.
