Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Permanent patio construction, including structures that require a building permit or need to be anchored into a street or sidewalk deeper than 10 cm–12 cm
- Utility connections or additions of any kind, including electrical, sprinkler, gas, and heaters
- Accessory structures such as roofs, canopies, tents, awnings, or other elements that substantially block the outdoors
- Increased occupancy of any kind
- Patio access through business kitchen or employee-only areas

How to apply
