Processing and Agreement

  • Stream 1 and Stream 2 applications are reviewed by the Department of Agriculture and scored by a review committee.

  • The signed Letter of Agreement must be returned within 30 days or funding is forfeited.
  • Projects may be subject to evaluation, audit, and follow-up review.
