• Religious organizations whose main purpose is worship or religious practice
• Individuals and individual fundraising initiatives
• TD employees and 2022 or 2023 TD Ready Challenge recipients

Ineligible Costs and Activities

• Projects focused on youth
• Projects led by for-profit companies or institutions
• Lobbying for policy, legislation, or regulations
• Elementary and secondary schools
• Religious organizations whose primary purpose is religious practice or worship
• Pageants, sports teams, sporting events, conferences, trade shows, fairs, and video or television production
• Individuals, individual pursuits, and fundraising initiatives
• Recreational groups such as lodges, fraternal clubs, and self-improvement organizations
• TD employees
• 2022 and 2023 TD Ready Challenge grant recipients

• Canada
• U.S. states within TD's Retail footprint
• Metro Detroit area, including Lapeer, Livingston, Macomb, Oakland, St. Clair, and Wayne counties

• Strategic alignment with the 2024 problem statement
• Feasibility of the proposed plan
• Well-positioned team with relevant community ties
• Value for money
• TD Employee Voting component in the final round

• Step 1: Review program requirements
  • Confirm the organization meets the eligibility rules.
  • Prepare the required supporting documents.
• Step 2: Complete the online application
  • Fill out the application in the online portal.
  • Upload the required documents in PDF format.
  • Submit only one application.
• Step 3: Submit before the deadline
  • Send the application electronically through the portal.
  • Make sure the submission is complete before the deadline.
• Step 4: Receive confirmation
  • Watch for the email confirmation after submission.
  • Keep a copy of the application for your records.

• Applications are reviewed after the submission deadline by an internal TD judging panel.
• Selected applications move through up to three rounds of assessment.
• Final decisions are made by the TD North American Executive Judging Panel.
• Successful applicants are notified by email, with recipients announced in early 2025.
• An executed agreement is required before funds are disbursed.

• Applications must be submitted online through the application portal.
• Only one application may be submitted per organization.
• Applicants may be asked to provide supplementary materials in the final review stage.
• A financial analysis of the organization may be conducted during review.
