  • Creative elements, weighted at 40 points.
  • Team track record and roadmap, weighted at 30 points.
  • Project viability, weighted at 15 points.
  • Cultural impact and audience reach, weighted at 15 points.

How to apply

  • Step 1: Prepare the application package
    • Gather the required project materials and supporting documents.
  • Step 2: Submit through Dialogue
    • File the application and any recommendation through Telefilm’s Dialogue portal.
  • Step 3: Complete missing documents if requested
    • Respond within five business days if the application is declared incomplete.

Processing and Agreement

  • Incomplete applications may be given five business days to submit missing documents.
  • Applications and recommendations must be submitted through Dialogue.
  • Telefilm may request additional information at any time.
  • Approved distribution or sales agreements must meet Telefilm’s acceptable terms.

  • Selected projects must join the mentorship program.
