Processing and Agreement
- Applications are screened first for eligibility by an Evaluation Team
- Eligible applications are then assessed against the program criteria
- Funding decisions are made at the Minister’s discretion based on alignment with ministry goals
- Successful applicants are notified in writing and then enter a grant agreement
- Recipients must submit interim and final reports during the grant term
