Overview

SVP Vancouver provides up to $100,000 over 3–5 years to strengthen the capacity of selected non-profit organizations. Funding supports organizational priorities and is paired with skills, training, and expertise to help organizations grow and deliver services and programs to the community.

Activities funded

  • Capacity-building initiatives to develop and strengthen a non-profit organization.
  • Activities that support organizational growth and effectiveness.
  • Initiatives that help improve the delivery of community services and programs.
Examples of admissible projects:

Build operational capacity for scalable youth mentorship and prevention programs

  • The applicant must be a non-profit organization.
  • The organization’s work must support children in-need and youth at-risk.
  • The organization must align with SVP Vancouver’s mission to strengthen organizational capacity.
  • The organization must be invited to apply.
