Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • Indigenous communities.
  • Non-profit organizations.
  • Organizations that are signatories to a current delegation agreement on the territory affected by the impacts of the activity.
  • Regional private forest development agencies.
  • Educational institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education or the Ministry of Higher Education.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Market or feasibility studies.
  • Process experimentation activities.
  • Activities related to recreational tourism or vacation projects.
  • Activities concerning parks and wooded areas belonging to a municipality or located on the recognized territory of an Indigenous reserve.

Eligible geographic areas

  • The territory affected by the impacts of the activity.
