- Projects serving underserved local populations are given priority consideration.
- Teams must identify and evaluate pre-specified outcomes that demonstrate impact and scalability (for community-based program designs).
- Grant funds may supplement other funding sources, but the project must include new aims developed for this funding.
- Selected teams must participate in a four-day in-person program (June 22–26, 2025) in Boulder, Colorado.
