Who is eligible?

• Non-profit organizations
• Businesses
• Public legal entities
• Organizations in industrial, manufacturing, service, cultural, tourism, and institutional sectors

Who is not eligible

• Organizations with religious, spiritual, esoteric, sexual, or political activities
• Projects related to sustainable mobility, regulatory compliance, digital transition, information disclosure, awareness, education, commercialization, or asset maintenance

Eligible expenses

• Project-related salaries and benefits, including coordination and supervision
• External professional fees and specialist services
• Materials, tools, equipment rental, and machinery rental
• Project logistics, administration, office costs, and promotion

Ineligible Costs and Activities

• Costs incurred before the application date or after the funding agreement period
• IT equipment and infrastructure, brand identity design, and website design
• Alcohol purchases
• Routine operating expenses above 5% of the grant amount
• GST/QST and any reimbursable taxes or costs not approved in advance

Eligible geographic areas

• Businesses with an establishment in Trois-Rivières
• Projects carried out in the City of Trois-Rivières

• Relevance to the City of Trois-Rivières sustainable development policy
• Concrete expected results
• Innovation
• Community mobilization
• Promoter experience and financial structure

• Step 1: Prepare the application
  • Complete the project form and budget form.
  • Gather the required supporting documents.
• Step 2: Submit by email
  • Send the application package to eclore@3Rdurable.org.
  • Submit by the March 1 or October 1 deadline.
• Step 3: Evaluation and decision
  • The committee reviews the file after the deadline.
  • Applicants receive a response after review.
• Step 4: Sign the funding agreement
  • If approved, sign the funding agreement before receiving payment.

• Applications are reviewed after each deadline by an evaluation committee.
• Projects are assessed against program criteria and ranked by score.
• Only projects meeting the minimum score are eligible for funding.
• A funding agreement must be signed before payment is made.
• Projects with changes or delays must be approved by the evaluation committee.

• Two application deadlines each year: March 1 and October 1.
• Organizations with ongoing funded projects must submit a final or mid-project report before applying again.
• Projects may be phased, if each phase follows the previous one.
• Communications about the project must be approved by the fund provider before publication.
