- Costs incurred before the application date or after the funding agreement period
- IT equipment and infrastructure, brand identity design, and website design
- Alcohol purchases
- Routine operating expenses above 5% of the grant amount
- GST/QST and any reimbursable taxes or costs not approved in advance

Processing and Agreement
