- The applicant must be a business, organization, municipal entity, or Indigenous community.
- The project must result from a participative and collaborative process involving relevant stakeholders within the community, MRC, or region.
- The project must promote responsible, sustainable tourism adapted to the context of climate change.
- The project must include an evaluation component addressing environmental, economic, and social impacts, along with dissemination of results.
