How to apply
- Stakeholders claiming through a rural municipality or First Nation office must complete and sign the claim forms and submit them to that office before the deadline.
- Rural municipalities and First Nations must submit the claim form and supporting documents by email to Annette Ellert, Agriculture Program Administrator.
Processing and Agreement
- The Administrator or Land Manager completes the Part 4 RM or First Nation Certification and forwards completed claims to SARM.
- Eligible rebate payments flow back through the RM or First Nation office they were claimed through.
- Rebates are determined once all claims are received by SARM after the claim deadline.
- Verification of program requirements may be requested, random audits may be conducted, and specific reporting measures may be requested.
- Records related to the program must be retained until March 31, 2034.
