  • Shared hotel accommodation and meals.
  • Congress registration and on-site care room access.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Transport between the recipient’s home and the local airport.
  • Medical and travel insurance.
  • Vaccination costs.
  • Hotel incidentals such as internet, calls, laundry, room service, minibar, and baggage handling.
  • Early arrival or late departure costs, unless approved by WFH.
