- Those who have already received this scholarship or a WFH Youth Fellowship.

- Shared hotel accommodation and meals.
- Congress registration and on-site care room access.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Transport between the recipient’s home and the local airport.
- Medical and travel insurance.
- Vaccination costs.
- Hotel incidentals such as internet, calls, laundry, room service, minibar, and baggage handling.
- Early arrival or late departure costs, unless approved by WFH.
