How to apply

  • Step 2: Complete the online application
    • Enter organization information, project details, and how funds will be used.

  • Step 3: Submit through the portal
    • Submit the application online before the deadline.
    • Applications are accepted only through the SurreyCares Community Foundation Grants Portal.

Processing and Agreement
