Who is eligible?
- For-profit softwood lumber producers and exporters
- Collective enterprises, including cooperatives and non-profits
Who is not eligible
- Companies not compliant with Quebec francization requirements
- Companies listed in the Register of Enterprises ineligible for public contracts
- State-owned or government-controlled companies
- Companies whose main activity is in excluded sectors such as mining, construction, finance, telecom, or hospitality
Eligible expenses
- Amounts paid for countervailing duties and anti-dumping duties between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2022

- Applications are reviewed on a continuous basis
- Assessment is carried out by Investissement Quebec, in collaboration with the Minister
