- Partners, associates, or collaborators.
Who is not eligible
- Institutional, public, or parapublic organizations.
- Student associations, extracurricular associations, and sports clubs under educational institutions; daycare services and early childhood centres.
- Religious organizations whose main mission is promoting religious beliefs or celebrating religious services and rites; professional orders; trade unions; political organizations promoting partisan political action.
- Foundations and philanthropic organizations mainly collecting and redistributing funds; private clubs; civic and fraternal organizations with little or no link to the City and local organizations, or that redistribute funds outside areas related to SLSVC responsibilities.
- Organizations whose main mission is employability and employment insertion, support or accompaniment of people with addiction or judicial issues, support for people with chronic and degenerative diseases, or school teaching and support; organizations whose activities do not meet generally accepted social norms and may be associated with violence, hypersexualization, racism, etc.

Selection criteria
- Access to spaces is governed by allocation criteria and prioritization criteria, along with measures to optimize use.
- Exclusive-space requests are reviewed using a prioritization grid and subject to availability.
How to apply
- For regular programming activities, provide complete programming information to the City technician so it can be entered in the reservation system and the required spaces reserved.
- For occasional activities in polyvalent spaces, complete the online form at least 10 working days before the activity, and reserve the required material in the same form if needed.
- For exclusive or shared spaces, submit a request to your technician.
- For equipment reservations, save the PDF request form on your computer, open it in Acrobat Reader, email it to CentraleEquipementsLoisir@ville.quebec.qc.ca, include your organization’s arrondissement in the subject, and copy your City respondent.
Processing and Agreement
- A confirmation is sent by email when a material loan request has been processed.
- The organization is responsible for ensuring that the reserved material list matches the request.
- For cancellation or modification requests, an employee will contact the organization within the working days following the request.
