  • An affidavit or solemn declaration confirming that the information provided is true and complete and that the eligible equipment will be used for at least five years from the application date

  • Preparing storage areas for the eligible equipment and hiding them
  • Accessories other than pull bars and wheels
  • Maintenance or repair costs

How to apply

  • Make sure the request complies with R.V.Q. 2572, its amendments, and any other applicable regulations, including the urban planning by-law
  • Complete the application on the form provided by the City
  • Attach the required supporting documents
  • Mail the package to Ville de Québec, 715, avenue De Lestres, Local RC35, Québec QC G1X 2L9

Processing and Agreement

  • Subsidies are awarded by order of application date
  • If all program conditions are met, the City sends a cheque for the awarded subsidy
  • The Director may carry out inspections considered necessary for proper administration
  • False, inaccurate, or incomplete information causes forfeiture of the subsidy and repayment of the full amount
  • If the eligible equipment is no longer used, has been moved elsewhere, or has been removed within five years after filing the application, the City may reclaim the full subsidy
