How to apply
- Make sure the request complies with R.V.Q. 2572, its amendments, and any other applicable regulations, including the urban planning by-law
- Complete the application on the form provided by the City
- Attach the required supporting documents
- Mail the package to Ville de Québec, 715, avenue De Lestres, Local RC35, Québec QC G1X 2L9
Processing and Agreement
- Subsidies are awarded by order of application date
- If all program conditions are met, the City sends a cheque for the awarded subsidy
- The Director may carry out inspections considered necessary for proper administration
- False, inaccurate, or incomplete information causes forfeiture of the subsidy and repayment of the full amount
- If the eligible equipment is no longer used, has been moved elsewhere, or has been removed within five years after filing the application, the City may reclaim the full subsidy
