Overview

This funding supports non-profit organizations serving youth aged 11 to 18 to help prevent psychological distress and related risks. A maximum of $20,000 per request is available for initiatives aligned with specified focus areas such as mental health, bullying and violence, school dropout prevention, and social exclusion.

Activities funded

Mental health and suicide prevention initiatives for youth aged 11 to 18.
Programs addressing multiple dependencies among adolescents.
Initiatives to prevent ill treatment, bullying, and violence involving teens.
School dropout prevention activities for at-risk youth.
Actions addressing social exclusion and poverty affecting adolescents.

The applicant must be a non-profit organization.
The organization must work with youth aged 11 to 18.
The organization’s work must focus on preventing psychological distress among youth.
The organization must operate in at least one of the program’s specified intervention fields.
The organization must work in one of the eligible regions.
