Who is eligible?
- Artist associations recognized under Quebec law
- Non-profit associations of broadcasters or producers based in Quebec
- Sector associations, where no artist, broadcaster, or producer association exists in the field
Who is not eligible
- Organizations that are not artistic associations covered by the law
- Applicants in bankruptcy, insolvency, or creditor protection proceedings
- Organizations listed in Quebec’s register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts
- Applicants that do not meet the public integrity requirements
- Organizations that have failed to meet obligations after formal notice related to prior public aid

- Consulting and subcontracting fees
- Promotion, travel, translation, administration, and contingency costs
