Who is eligible?

  • Artist associations recognized under Quebec law

  • Sector associations, where no artist, broadcaster, or producer association exists in the field

  • Organizations that are not artistic associations covered by the law
  • Applicants in bankruptcy, insolvency, or creditor protection proceedings
  • Organizations listed in Quebec’s register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts
  • Applicants that do not meet the public integrity requirements
  • Organizations that have failed to meet obligations after formal notice related to prior public aid
