Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by a three-member selection committee from the film community.
- Artistic merit is the main criterion, followed by feasibility.
- Results are sent in writing within six weeks after the deadline.
- No results are given by phone.

- Applicants do not need to be associate members to submit an application.
- If selected, they must become associate members.
- Selected residents cannot receive the program two years in a row.
- Each artist may benefit from the program a maximum of two times.
