Financing terms and conditions

Non-repayable contribution covering up to 65% of the total project cost, to a maximum of $25,000 per applying association or non-profit organization (OBNL).
If multiple associations or OBNLs jointly submit a project, the maximum is $25,000 per eligible participant, aggregated accordingly.
Total combined municipal, provincial, and federal aid for a project cannot exceed 80% of its total cost.
For commercial artery illumination projects, the maximum grant is $50,000 and cannot surpass 80% of the total project cost.
If structural analysis is required for installations on municipal street furniture, the grant may be increased by $5,000.

Non-profit organizations operating in commercial arteries without a business association are eligible.
The project must serve the agglomeration of Québec (Québec City, Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, or L’Ancienne-Lorette) and target urban revitalization or activities that increase foot traffic in the commercial sector.
