How to apply
- Apply online for the Recreation Assistance Program or the Transit Affordable Pass Program
- Apply in person at the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre; APP forms are also available at the Leamington Municipal Building
- In-person applications are processed Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- Submit proof of household income and/or other supporting documents with your application

- Approval is based on available funding and local demand.
- Approved funding must be used within the calendar year.
