Who is eligible?

Selection criteria

  • First-come, first-served processing

How to apply

  • Step 1: Check eligibility
    • Review the student and job requirements before applying.
  • Step 2: Submit the online application
    • Apply through the SUPERWork application form when applications are open.
  • Step 3: Provide supporting documents
    • Submit the employer confirmation letter and University of Calgary statement of registration if conditionally approved.
  • Step 4: Receive the award
    • Wait for the reimbursement cheque after the documents are processed.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are processed and conditionally approved on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are allocated
  • Successful applicants are notified by email within 20 business days from the start of the Fall 2026 semester
  • Applicants must submit employer confirmation and proof of enrollment within the deadline in the conditional approval email
  • Reimbursement cheques are issued after the required documents are processed
