- Stream 2 : itemized quote by line item; proof of ownership or, if you are a tenant, written authorization from the owner and copy of the lease; photos of the spaces concerned; resolution of the board of directors or power of attorney; favorable opinion regarding the financial feasibility of the financing package for a large project of 625 000 $ or more.
