- For-profit teams, clubs, and organizations are not eligible.
- Private schools are not eligible.
- Individuals affiliated with a for-profit team, club, organization, or private school are not eligible.
- Transport costs for Jeux du Québec delegations are not eligible.

- Gas purchases or electric charging costs for a personal vehicle.
- Vehicle rental costs for a car, minibus, or bus.
- Single-use transport tickets for bus, train, boat, or plane.
- Carpooling costs through a ridesharing service.

Processing and Agreement
- Loisirs Laurentides sends an acceptance or refusal by email within a maximum of 10 working days.
- If a request is refused, the reasons are provided and no further exchange is carried out.
- Approved applicants must send supporting travel documents within 30 days after the activity, otherwise the amount is not paid.
- Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer, and a specimen cheque is required for bank transfer.
- False information or falsified supporting documents leads to rejection, repayment if already paid, and possible legal action.
