How to apply

  • Step 1: Prepare the application
    • Complete the official grant application form electronically.
    • Prepare the project for submission before it starts.
  • Step 2: Submit by email
    • Send the completed application by email to the appropriate campus address.
    • Use fspe@uqar.ca for Rimouski or communautaire-levis@uqar.ca for Lévis.
  • Step 3: Committee review
    • The campus selection committee reviews the proposal.
    • Applications must meet the deadlines of October 1, November 15, February 1, or March 15.
  • Step 4: After approval
    • Follow the project conditions after approval.
    • Keep the final report and supporting documents for submission.
  • Step 5: Submit the final report
    • Complete the final report electronically.
    • Send it by email to the same campus contact.
    • Attach supporting receipts and submit the report within one month after the end of the quarter in which the project took place.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by the campus selection committee.
  • Approved projects may receive funding under the fund’s payment conditions.
  • A final report is required after the project is completed.
  • The remaining funding is released only after project conditions are met and the final report is approved.

  • Applications must be submitted before the project starts.
  • Projects spanning both campuses require a separate application for each campus.
  • The final report must include supporting receipts for the amount of the grant received.
  • Special adjustments may be made for projects with exceptional scale or specificity.
