Latest change: Manitoba Student Aid added a new eligibility notice effective August 1, 2026, and OSAP updated its first-application instructions for the information module.
Student Aid updates
Manitoba Student Aid now shows a new eligibility notice effective August 1, 2026 for study periods starting on or after that date, and the 2026/27 Fall-Winter application is now available. The page also now lists updated processing dates for paper applications and document receipt, including a NIL date for full-time paper applications, June 15 for part-time paper applications, and May 1 for required documents. On the OSAP page, the remaining information-module content still requires first-time full-time and micro-credential applicants to complete the module before applying, while much of the landing-page navigation and supporting links were removed. This is mainly an application-instructions and page-structure change rather than a funding or deadline change.
