Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • Applications for travel costs, competitive sports teams, or property improvements that may revert to private ownership.

Eligible expenses

  • Operations, including multi-year requests.
  • Program/project delivery.
  • Pilot projects/programs.
  • Purchase or upgrading of equipment or technology.
  • Renovations or repairs; research costs.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Endowment funds.
  • Operating reserves or capital campaigns.
  • Deficits, debts, or mortgage payments.
  • General fundraising events.

  • Mission Alignment: the project, program or activity helps the organization deliver its mission.
  • Future Planning and Budget: the applicant has planned how the project, program or activity will be funded in the future, and the budget is clear and reasonable.
